WARRANTY

Complete pairs of glasses (lenses & frames) are warranted for one year to be free of defects under normal use following the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover mishandling (i.e. sitting on them, not using both hands to remove, not using case or proper cleaning) scratching, chipping or theft. Inventory close out frames are “as is” and exempt from this warranty.

Vision problems associated with new prescriptions needs to be brought to our attention within 30 days of the pick-up date to receive optical services at no charge. Problems reported after 30 days becomes the responsibility of the patient.

Glasses are custom ordered product. In the event you are unhappy with your frame selection, they can not be exchanged for another pair without charges occurring.


ADJUSTMENTS:

A-BOSS OPTICIANS is not liable for patient’s frame during adjustments if frame was purchased elsewhere or is past the one year warranty.


LENS REPLACEMENT:

Patient wishing to use their own frame for new prescription:

A-BOSS OPTICIANS will not be responsible for damage/breakage during inserting or adjustments.

Insurance and discount coupons must be present at time of order.
